Event competence from Switzerland
Foundation of the smti Deutschland GmbH – a subsidiary of Swiss smti AG, the largest purchasing association in the events sector.
2018
New name, new focus
smti Deutschland GmbH becomes HR Hospitality GmbH. Its focus: arranging conference hotels as well as organising international events and incentive trips.
2020
Leaving the crisis behind with a new concept
The coronavirus crisis poses major challenges for the company – and becomes an impetus for change: the business model is rethought and digitalisation takes centre stage. An idea develops into a viable concept that is successfully implemented in a short period of time.
2022
hospired.net is launched
A new start under a new name and with a new website: with hospired.net, a functional platform for professional conference bookings is launched – fast, transparent and independent. The experience of running operations continuously informs the further development and optimisation of the user experience.
2026

hospired.net becomes FAVE – a brand, that demonstrates what we stand for: easy and transparent conference bookings. We also make a fresh start with tech. We have been building on our experience with the current platform since 2022. The new booking tool is fresher, clearer and more focussed on what really matters. We are also developing additional features such as participant management and the integration of event locations.
